AGATE series is a pharmaceutical tablet and capsule printing system designed to deliver predictable, repeatable and controlled identification processes within GMP manufacturing environments. Built around ultra-precise linear alignment and gentle product handling, the system ensures consistent imprint readability while supporting structured validation and reliable continuous production. Rather than focusing on printing alone, AGATE series enables manufacturers to implement tablet identification with confidence — minimizing process risk, simplifying validation and maintaining product integrity across batches and format changes. The AGATE series includes the AGATE S for capsule printing, the AGATE MBP designed for tablet applications, and the AGATE DPL for double-sided printing.

Thanks to our advanced pad printing process, tablets do not require a TiO₂ coating for optimal ink adhesion.
